1. Go to Bushnell's Password Reset Tool (reset.bushnell.edu)
2. Enter your username (DO NOT include @bushnell.edu) and click on Next
3. Under Reply Methods, choose a method to receive your one-time PIN (Either via Email or Text)
4. Enter the received code and click Next
5. Enter your new password and confirm the password again.
6. Click finish to change the Password.

If you input the wrong password too many times, you may be locked out for 5-20 minutes and will be unable to reset your password until then. After 20 minutes, if you are still unable to reset, submit a help ticket!
