Frequently Asked Question

Chrome defaults to saving all files in the Downloads folder. To have it prompt you to choose a location and name the file before saving, follow these instructions:

1. Open Chrome
2. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner
3. Click Settings
4. Click Downloads
5. Switch "Ask where to save each file before downloading" to on
6. From hereon out, whenever you go to download a file, a window will pop up asking where you'd like to save the file and what you want to title it.
