In Your Browser:
- To start, create a blank document, or use a template
- To share your document...
- Click on Share in the top right corner
- Enter the name or email address you want to share it with, and it will send them a link
- Or, you can copy the link and send it in any format you desire
- To save, do nothing! Word automatically saves your work for you
In the Desktop App
- To start, create a blank document, or search to use a template
- To share your document...
- Click on Share in the top right corner
- Enter the name or email address you want to share it with, and if you want them to be able to edit, or just view
- Click share and it will send them a link
- To save, press Ctrl + S or click File, then Save
Keyboard Shortcuts (for Windows):
- Undo: Ctrl + Z
- Redo: Ctrl + Y
- Save: Ctrl + S
- Copy: Ctrl + C
- Paste: Ctrl + V
- Select All: Ctrl + A
- Apply Bold Formatting: Ctrl + B
- Apply Italic Formatting: Ctrl + I
- Apply Underline Formatting: Ctrl + U
