In Your Browser:

  • To create a new email, click New mail in the top left corner
  • To turn on Focused Inbox, click settings, and toggle Focused Inbox on
  • To attach a file in a message, go to Insert tab and select "Attach File" on top of the message. You can then choose to browse files on your computer or in your OneDrive.

  • To create a new event, go to the calendar icon and click New event in the top left corner

In the Desktop App:

  • To create a new email, click New Email in the top left corner
  • To attach a file in a message, go to "Insert" tab and click on "Attach File". You can then choose to browse files on your computer or in your OneDrive.

  • To create a new appointment or meeting, click on the calendar icon on the left hand and select either New Appointment or New Meeting. An appointment is just like an event, something that's just for you. A meeting is an event with others.
