How do I reserve a room? (Desktop Outlook)

For reserving through web-based Outlook, Click Here

In order to reserve a room, follow these steps:

1. From your Outlook Desktop application, click the calendar icon in the bottom left

2. Double click on your desired time

3. Fill out the information for your meeting

4. Click Invite Attendee

5. Next to Location, click Rooms..

6. Select your desired room, click Rooms, then click OK

7. Click Send!
