While a phone call can get the information done, we recommend Microsoft Teams.

If you already have a team set up within Microsoft Teams - great!

From any chat, you can use the sharing buttons at the top right to share your web cam, call the person (through teams) or share your screen.

From within a channel, you can also click the "Meet Now" icon that looks like a camera in a circle, right below the conversation box.
