IT Staff will send you a special "Set your password link"
You should receive an email shortly with a very long (very long) URL to set up your username and password. How to use this URL is addressed in the first video tutorial above.
Izenda does not offer SSO, which is why an old password would still be working.
You can update your password by:
- Clicking on your name in the top right
- Click My Profile
- Click Security Options (on the left)
- Click "Change Password" on the far right
