Parent Account Creation

Follow the steps below to create your parent account!

  1. When your student has granted you access to their account you will receive an email with a username (5 digit ID number) and invitation to set a password. 
  2. Reset your password with the link in the email.
  3. Login

To access Bill Payment Screen:

  1. Login into parent account.
    1. Go to my.bushnell.edu
    2. Sign in with username (5 digit ID number) and created password
  2. Select the Student tab on the top navigation bar.
  3. Select the Billing dropdown on the left navigation bar.
    1. Select 'My Financial Account' to view and pay due payments
    2. Select 'Payment Plans' to set up a payment plan
    3. Select 'Financial Document Center' to view necessary Financial Documents
    4. Select 'Direct Deposit' to set up a direct deposit
    5. Select 'My Student Information' to view more information (NOTE: not all parents have access to this)

  1. On the left navigation of MyBushnell there is a link to 'Submit a Help Ticket.' Fill out the form and we will help you with a solution!
