Here are some basic controls:

Uses of the Meta Button:

The Meta Button is found on the right hand controller and is used for a few functions:

1. Pressing the Meta Button will open and close the Menu.
2. Holding the Meta Button will 'recenter' the orientation of the VR headset.

Uses of the Controllers:

The left and right controllers are used to navigate all aspects of the VR headset.

1. The controllers are hand specific and should be help with your index finger on the front trigger and your middle finger should be on the side "grab" button. Your thumb should be able to use the buttons and joystick on the top of the controller.
2. When in the menu and some applications you will be able to point the controller to menu selections with a cursor.
3. To select items point the controller cursor over the item and click the trigger button (index finger)
4. Most other buttons and controls are app specific and will usually be explained within that app. If there is no control instructions, they are likely similar to that explained previously.
