Here's how to identify which assignments "need grading" and how to update the grade BeaconLearning thinks is missing.

1. On your course Dashboard you may see a notification that some assignments or activities need grading
2. Go to your course and turn editing on
3. Add the "Grade Me" block to identify which assignment(s) and student(s) need grades
4. Click the assignment/activity
5. Next to the student who has a grade, but has been identified as needing a grade, click "Edit Update Grade" (shown below)
6. In the grading view, click save changes at the bottom
7. Back in your course you should see this assignment/activity is no longer listed in the Grade Me block
