FindTime Add In For Outlook

FindTime allows you to set up a meeting by allowing invitees to vote in Outlook. After the votes are collected, the meeting is scheduled at the best time.

Installing FindTime:

  1. Go to https://findtime.microsoft.com/
  2. Click Install for Free
  3. Sign in with your Bushnell Account
  4. The add in will be added to your account

Outlook 2013:

  1. Restart Outlook
  2. Compose a new email or reply to an existing one
  3. Click Apps for Office
  4. Select FindTime

Outlook 2016:

  1. Restart Outlook
  2. Compose a new email or reply to an existing one
  3. Click New Meeting Poll in the Message tab of the email

Outlook on the Web:

  1. Refresh the page that is displaying Outlook on the Web
  2. Compose a new email or reply to an existing email
  3. Click Apps
  4. Choose FindTime
